How It Works
I will review your completed assessment form and photographs.
A personalised Block Therapy program will be sent to you.
Choose from the 2 options below, either a 4 week assessment or a 12 week assessment.

This Is For You If:

For both the 4 week assessment and the 12 week assessment, once you have completed the payment section you will be sent an email with a link to book a suitable date to have the first call.
In this email you will also be asked to complete the assessment form and submit your photographs. You will need to complete the assessment and submit your photographs at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled call.

The calls together will take up to 1 hour. For the 4 week program we will have two calls together. For the 12 week program we will have four calls together. If you would prefer not to have these calls this can be discussed and an alternative arrangement can be put in place, for example voice notes, email instead.
You will be asked to indicate how much time you can Block each day/week on the assessment form, so that the program can be created based on the amount time you are able to Block.
The time commitment is up to you, the more time you can Block the more changes you will see.
As a guide a minimum of 30 - 60 minutes, 5-7 days a week.
You have 3 months from date of purchase to complete the process for the 4 week assessment
You have 6 months from date of purchase to complete the process for the 12 week assessment.
We will have two calls together for the 4 week program and four calls together for the 12 week program.
I will also check in on you every week, either via email, text, WhatsApp or Telegram. This will be discussed on the assessment form as well as in the initial meeting to confirm how you would like to stay in touch.
You can also contact me via email, text, WhatsApp or Telegram whenever you have any questions or want to share anything. I will respond as soon as possible between the hours of 6.00am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday and 6.00am to 9.00am Saturday and Sunday.
For best results you need to have at least the Block Therapy Block Buddy or the Block Therapy Block Baby.

Using a rolled up towel will start to release the restrictions in the fascia, however to get deeper into the fascia and release the restrictions from the bone, you will need the Block Therapy Block(s).

No, you do not need to book this session. It is an extra bonus that supports the Fascia Alignment Personal Assessment.
The Silent Counselling sessions can be purchased separately and do not have to be part of the Fascia Alignment Personal Assessment.
The power of Silent Counselling is allowing the body to release what is no longer needed. An emotional release can happen when we are using the Block Therapy Blocks, as emotions get trapped in the body.
Silent Counselling uses meridian points and the breathwork to release these emotions without having to talk about the issue. For further information please click here.
If you would like to book the Silent Counselling session it must be booked within 6 months from the date you purchased the Fascia Alignment Personalised Assessment. You will be sent an email with details on how to book the session.
