What to expect in a class?

A Block Therapy class involves placing a rolled up towel or Block on the body, breathing diaphragmatically and staying in position for a minimum of 3 minutes.

A Block Therapy class will focus on different areas of the body, as even though you may only have pain in one area, everything is linked and so a whole body approach is needed to address and remove the pain from the body.
