Silent Counselling is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that helps clear emotional blocks using muscle testing, meridian points and guided breathwork - without needing to talk or relive past trauma or experiences.
This work bypasses the mind and goes straight to the body's energy system, helping you shift stored emotion, inner resistance and long-held stress in a way that feels safe, calm and deeply intuitive.

What To Expect
Every session is unique and guided by your energy.
Here is what a typical flow looks like:
You will decide upon the intention or area of focus for the session
Muscle testing reveals where emotions are stored in the body
Meridian energy points and breath work are used to release the blocked emotions
Clearing techniques rebalance the body
Finishing with grounding, integration and returning to inner calm
The length of the session will vary depending on what arises.
As a rough guide these session will take up to 1.5 hours.
