Release and Waiver Of Liability

General release between:

Catherine Langford (Block Therapy Instructor and Fascia Alignment Coach) and The Student.

In consideration of Catherine Langford providing instruction in Block Therapy to the Student hereby states to the Block Therapy Instructor and Fascia Alignment Coach as follows:

1. I warrant that I am in good health and proper physical fitness to enable participation in the instruction and any ancillary activities associated with the Instruction.

2. I warrant that I do not have any advanced or serious medical conditions.

3. I acknowledge that if I am pregnant, I will inform the Block Therapy Instructor and avoid any abdominal positions.

4. I agree to take part in the service or instruction provided, understanding that there may be potential risks involved, including healing crises. I assume all risks, whether known or unknown and I accept and assume all responsibility for any losses, costs and/or damages suffered by any means and howsoever caused and even if caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of Catherine Langford by my participation in the Instruction and/or any activities associated with the Instruction.

5. I waive, release and forever discharge any and all claims or actions that I may have now or in the future against Catherine Langford for any injury, damages, or loss I may have or may sustain as a result of my participation in the instruction and/or any associated with the Instruction, including healing crises/opportunities.

6. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Release and Waiver of Liability. I accept it willingly and without any influence. If any part of this Release and Waiver of Liability is found to be invalid, the balance notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect. I understand that I have the right to get independent legal advice before signing. If I choose not to get legal advice and still sign, I am doing so voluntarily, and I will not use my decision to not seek legal advice as a reason to challenge this Release and Waiver of Liability.

7. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be dealt with under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT BEING PRESSURED OR SUBJECTED TO UNDUE INFLUENCE.
